Located in the heart of Villiers sur Orge, Camping Paris Beau Village offers stabilized pitches protected by hedges, allowing you to maintain your privacy throughout your stay. Whether in a tent, caravan, or motorhome, you have access to a 10A electrical connection.
RESERVATION CONDITIONS FOR CAMPING PITCHES
Date of arrival more than 30 days from the date of reservation – the reservation must be guaranteed by a down payment of at least 30% of the total amount of the stay. The total balance of the stay must be paid in full no more than 30 days before the date of arrival. Our reception service will contact you by email or phone one month before your arrival.
Date of arrival less than 30 days from the date of reservation – the stay must be fully paid on the day of the reservation. In this case, no cancellation, modification of date or person will be possible.
CANCELLATION (NOT COVERED BY CANCELLATION INSURANCE)
CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION RECEIVED + 30 DAYS BEFORE THE ARRIVAL DATE – SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to invoice a cancellation indemnity equal to 30% of the total amount of the reservation as well as management fees. folder.
CANCELLATION RECEIVED 30 DAYS OR LESS THAN 30 DAYS BEFORE THE DATE OF ARRIVAL – the sums paid by the Customer will become compensation equal to 100% of the amount of the reservation.
No-show – the sums paid by the Customer will become an equal compensation of 100% of the amount of the reservation and SAS Le Beau Village reserves the right to put the mobile home for rent without the customer being able to claim any compensation.
INTERUPTION OF STAY – CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Camping Paris Beau Village advise the clients to subscribe to cancellation insurance with our partner CAMPEZ COUVERT covering traditional cancellation cases and the COVID-19 extension in addition to the medical assistance guarantees essential for a trip in order to obtain reimbursement of a reservation in the event of illness or hospitalization, serious accident or death, major claims at your home. The amount is 5% of the total amount of the stay. In the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay, you must declare your claim online at: www.declare.fr, e-mail: claims@declare.fr. In the absence of this type of guarantee, Our cancellation conditions for pitch or mobile-home accommodation reservations will apply.
TOURISTE TAX AND REGISTRATION
The community of communes (Cœur Essonnes) collects a tourist tax of €1.95 per adult per night, inclusive of taxes (as of January 2024). This tax is payable upon reservation or upon arrival and is not included in our rates. The determined amount of the tax may be subject to change without prior notice throughout the year. Any adjustments to this tax are the responsibility of the customer.
By making a reservation, the customer grants Camping Paris Beau Village permission to utilize the provided information for the completion of their registration form.
PRICES AND MODE OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Deposits, partial payments, or balances are payable using the following payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Holiday Vouchers, or Cash (up to €1000 including taxes). Prices are indicated in euros. The Client acknowledges having read the rates which do not include the tourist tax (€1.95 as of 01.01.2024) or optional services. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of a change in the VAT rate.
OUR PRICES INCLUDES
The basic tourist package includes a pitch for 1 or 2 persons with a tent + car, or a caravan + car, or a motorhome (maximum capacity 6 persons) + electricity (10 amps). The pitch includes access to sanitary facilities and reception infrastructure, water, and access to the service area.
OUR PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE
The additional fees (additional person, additional vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the rate.
